The café caters for coeliac / gluten-free, keto, vegan, no-added-sugar and high-protein diets, with clear labelling and food that feels intentionally prepared rather than “free-from” as an afterthought.
What made the experience particularly positive was the environment itself. Yummzy offers a calm corner with bean bags and fidget tools, creating a space that feels neurodivergent-friendly and low-pressure.
Excellent coffee, a relaxed atmosphere, and staff who understand the importance of clarity around food made this feel like a place where people can regulate comfortably — not rush or explain themselves repeatedly.
